The problem
Many small fleets plan routes in spreadsheets. It works until it doesn't: stops get copied between tabs, changes are hard to track, and the plan lives in one person's head. As volume grows, that approach gets slow and error-prone.
The approach
The route planner is manual-first by design. It keeps the planner in control rather than hiding decisions behind a black-box optimizer, while removing the busywork that makes spreadsheets painful. The goal is a tool that an operator can trust and adjust quickly.
